The Journal of Physical Chemistry B, 2023We study the influence of tyrosine phosphorylation on PTP-PEST, a cytosolic protein tyrosine phosphatase. Utilizing a combination of experimental data and computational modeling, specific tyrosine sites, notably Y64 and Y88, are identified for potential phosphorylation.

Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, 1989Protein tyrosine phosphorylation in human neutrophils was examined by immunoblotting with antibodies specific for phosphotyrosine. The addition of the human hormone granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor to human neutrophils caused an increase in the tyrosine phosphorylation levels of several proteins.
