Formulation and Characterization of Fucoidan‐Based Hydrogels for 3D Printing Applications
Journal of Food Process Engineering, Volume 49, Issue 6, June 2026.Algal polysaccharide‐based hydrogels combining fucoidan, sodium alginate, and agar showed suitable rheological and structural properties for extrusion‐based 3D printing. The formulation containing equal concentrations of alginate and agar exhibited superior printability, structural stability, and printing fidelity.
