Jabuke su često nazivane kraljicom voća zbog svog nutritivnog sastava. Dominiraju vitaminima, mineralima te polifenolima. Imaju visok sadržaj vode zbog čega, usred nepravilnog rukovanja prilikom branja i tijekom skladištenja, često podlegnu infekciji sa plijesni Penicillium expansum.

An ocfentanil‐related death case: UHPLC–MS/MS analysis of the drug

A drug-related fatality involving ocfentanil (OcF) is reported in this work. OcF is a potent synthetic opioid, structurally analogue of fentanyl, abused as a new psychoactive substance in the recreational drug scene. A 39-year-old man with a history of heroin addiction was found dead in the cellar of his house.

Durch die schnelle Probenvorbereitung und kurzen Messzeiten können Proben dabei im Hochdurchsatz analysiert werden.

Dexrazoxane (DEX), a bisdioxopiperazine derivative, is the only clinically used drug effective against anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity. First studies indicated that DEX is a pro-drug bioactivated in cardiomyocytes by enzymatic hydrolysis of piperazine rings to its active metabolite - ADR-925.
