Tumor‐Derived Exosomal piR‐hsa‐28212 Promotes Lymphatic Metastasis in Breast Cancer
Breast cancer–derived exosomal piR‐hsa‐28212 promotes lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis by activating VEGFC/VEGFR3 signaling. It stabilizes TBX1 mRNA in lymphatic endothelial cells and METTL3 protein in tumor cells, enhancing VEGFR3 expression and VEGFC secretion.

Heat Stress Triggers Nuclear Invagination and Spatial Compartmentalization of Protein Metabolism
Cells adapt heat stress to shape a nuclear invagination region function as “protein metabolism hotspots”, where both protein production and degradation are enhanced. ABSTRACT Heat stress is a common challenge for cells, causing multiple types of cellular damage while triggering complex stress responses, including the highly conserved mechanism known as

Adult ascidians are capable of regenerating their entire brains following injury, and glycosaminoglycans have been shown to either promote or inhibit neuritogenesis. In this study, dermatan 2,6‐disulfate (D2,6S) was identified as the predominant complex carbohydrate in the ascidian brain.

Diagnosing primary ciliary dyskinesia in Australian adults: 10 years of testing
Abstract Primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) is a rare inherited disorder characterised by impaired ciliary function, leading to chronic upper and lower airway disease from early life. Limited awareness of the condition contributes to delayed diagnosis, with some individuals first diagnosed in adulthood following specialised testing. We describe 91 adults
