A catalog of ultraviolet interstellar extinction excesses for 1415 stars
Ultraviolet interstellar extinction excesses are presented for 1415 stars with spectral types B7 and earlier. The excesses with respect to V are derived from Astronomical Netherlands Satellite (ANS) 5-channel UV photometry at central wavelengths of approximately 1550, 1800, 2500, and 3300 A.

An ultraviolet extinction study of the rho Ophiuchi dark cloud
Five-band ultraviolet spectrophotometry has been carried out for 54 stars in the upper Scorpius complex. Of these, 14 stars in the rho Ophiuchi dark cloud and 13 in the surrounding area are found to be free of spectral peculiarities and contamination by scattered light from nearby bright stars.

The role of the charge state of PAHs in ultraviolet extinction [PDF]
Aims: We explore the relation between charge state of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and extinction curve morphology. Methods: We fit extinction curves with a dust model including core-mantle spherical particles of mixed chemical composition (silicate core, $sp^2$ and $sp^3$ carbonaceous layers), and an additional molecular component.
