Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Flexible Power Regulation and Limitation of Voltage Source Inverters under Unbalanced Grid Faults
This paper develops a flexible power regulation and limitation strategy of voltage source inverters (VSIs) under unbalanced grid faults. When the classical power theory is used under unbalanced grid faults, the power oscillations and current distortions ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

An algorithm for optimal sizing of the capacitor banks under non-sinusoidal and unbalanced conditions [PDF]
In non-sinusoidal and unbalanced systems, optimal sizing of the capacitor banks is not a straightforward task as in sinusoidal and balanced systems. In this paper, by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis, it is interpreted that the classical ...

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

New Origin For Spin Current And Current-Induced Spin Precession In Magnetic Multilayers
In metallic ferromagnets, an electric current is accompanied by a flux of angula r momentum, also called spin current. In multilayers, spatial variations of the spin current correspond to drive torques exerted on a magnetic layer.

NKCC1: A key regulator of glioblastoma progression
Glioblastoma (GBM) progression is driven by disrupted chloride cotransporter homeostasis. NKCC1 is highly expressed in stem‐like, astrocytic, and progenitor cells, correlating with earlier recurrence, while overall survival remains unaffected. NKCC1 serves as a prognostic marker and potential therapeutic target, linking chloride transporter imbalance ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.
