Multi-Valued Variational Inequalities in Unbounded Domains
The main focus in this chapter is on multi-valued quasilinear elliptic variational inequalities of the form in all of ℝN as well as in the exterior domain Ω = ℝN ∖ B̅(0̅,1̅ ), where only for simplifying our presentation A: X → X∗ is given by the p ...

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Phragmén–Lindelöf Principles for Generalized Analytic Functions on Unbounded Domains [PDF]
We prove versions of the Phragmén–Lindelöf strong maximum principle for generalized analytic functions defined on unbounded domains.

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

The Helmholtz decomposition in arbitrary unbounded domains - a theory beyond [PDF]
. It is well known that the usual Lq-theory of the Stokes operator valid for bounded or exterior domains cannot be extended to arbitrary unbounded domains Ω ⊂ Rn when q 6 = 2.

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

Decay of Strong Solutions for 4D Navier-Stokes Equations Posed on Lipschitz Domains
Initial-boundary value problems for 4D Navier-Stokes equations posed on bounded and unbounded 4D parallelepipeds were considered. The existence and uniqueness of regular global solutions on bounded parallelepipeds and their exponential decay as well as ...

Matrix metalloproteinase‐9 (MMP9) drives ovarian cancer progression. Using MMP9‐null cells (M9‐KO) created from ovarian cancer cells, we found MMP9 loss did not block Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)‐driven E‐cadherin dissolution or EMT but delayed and reduced EGF‐driven membrane protrusions. Transient MMP9 re‐expression drove membrane protrusion.

Pseudospectral methods for density functional theory in bounded and unbounded domains [PDF]
Classical Density Functional Theory (DFT) is a statistical–mechanical framework to analyse fluids, which accounts for nanoscale fluid inhomogeneities and non-local intermolecular interactions.

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...
