A novel signature integrating genome‐wide analysis with clinical factors predicts recurrence in stage II colorectal cancer and enables a new risk stratification to guide postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Clinical risk stratification for postoperative recurrence in patients with pathological stage II (pStage II) colorectal cancer (CRC) is essential ...

ABSTRACT Background SOX1 antibody‐positive paraneoplastic neurological syndromes (PNS) exhibit significant population‐specific clinical heterogeneity. While Western cohorts predominantly manifest Lambert‐Eaton myasthenic syndrome (65%–80%), comprehensive clinical characterization and treatment response data in Asian populations remain critically ...

Nonlinear Multigrid Implementation for the Two-Dimensional Cahn–Hilliard Equation
We present a nonlinear multigrid implementation for the two-dimensional Cahn−Hilliard (CH) equation and conduct detailed numerical tests to explore the performance of the multigrid method for the CH equation.

Unconditionally Gradient Stable Time Marching the Cahn-Hilliard Equation [PDF]
Numerical methods for time stepping the Cahn-Hilliard equation are given and discussed. The methods are unconditionally gradient stable, and are uniquely solvable for all time steps.

Impact of Asymptomatic Intracranial Hemorrhage on Outcome After Endovascular Stroke Treatment
ABSTRACT Background Endovascular treatment (EVT) achieves high rates of recanalization in acute large‐vessel occlusion (LVO) stroke, but functional recovery remains heterogeneous. While symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) has been well studied, the prognostic impact of asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (aICH) after EVT is less certain ...

Unconditionally stable algorithms to solve the time-dependent Maxwell equations [PDF]
Based on the Suzuki product-formula approach, we construct a family of unconditionally stable algorithms to solve the time-dependent Maxwell equations. We describe a practical implementation of these algorithms for one-, two-, and three-dimensional systems with spatially varying permittivity and permeability.

In this study, we present an unconditionally stable positivity-preserving numerical method for the Fisher–Kolmogorov–Petrovsky–Piskunov (Fisher–KPP) equation in the one-dimensional space. The Fisher–KPP equation is a reaction-diffusion system that can be

ABSTRACT Objective Cognitive decline is a disabling and variable feature of Parkinson disease (PD). While cholinergic system degeneration is linked to cognitive impairments in PD, most prior research reported cross‐sectional associations. We aimed to fill this gap by investigating whether baseline regional cerebral vesicular acetylcholine transporter ...
