ABSTRACTThis article examines the administrative response to one of the less obvious consequences of the depression of the 1930s: the rapid increase in the number of vagrants. Statistics and other evidence suggest a positive correlation between unemployment and vagrancy (measured by admissions to the poor law casual wards).

Investigation of Unemployment Anxiety Level of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Department Students: A University Sample

This study was planned to investigate the unemployment anxiety level of 3rd and 4th year students of a university's physical therapy and rehabilitation department. A total of 109 participants (20 males, 89 females; mean age: 21.69 ± 1.18 years), including 55 3rd year and 54 4th year students participated in the study.
