200 GHz communication system using unipolar InAs THz rectifiers
2013 38th International Conference on Infrared, Millimeter, and Terahertz Waves (IRMMW-THz), 2013We report on the first use of a THz detector based on InAs rectifying nanochannels in a communication system. The transmitter is composed of an electronic multiplication chain, externally amplitude modulated at the input signal. The system has been driven at 200 GHz and up to 500 Mbps data signals have been transmitted in an indoor configuration.

Generation of unipolar pulses and their interaction with quantum systems
2020 International Conference Laser Optics (ICLO), 2020In this talk, existence of unipolar pulses, methods of their generation and interaction with quantum objects are revised. The effective influence of unipolar pulses in comparison with bipolar pulses on quantum systems is shown. The question of mutual attraction and repulsion of unipolar impulses is also considered.
