Defining Roles in Pediatric Palliative Care: Perspectives From Oncology and Palliative Care Teams
ABSTRACT Background Early integration of pediatric palliative care (PPC) is associated with improved symptom management, quality of life, and healthcare utilization for children with cancer. Despite this, variation persists in how PPC is understood, operationalized, and integrated within pediatric oncology programs. In particular, ambiguity surrounding

Determination of AdS Monopole Wall via Minimization
In this note we solve a minimization problem arising in a recent work of Bolognesi and Tong on the determination of an AdS monopole wall. We show that the problem has a unique solution. Although the solution cannot be obtained explicitly, we show that it

Revealing the structure of land plant photosystem II: the journey from negative‐stain EM to cryo‐EM
Advances in cryo‐EM have revealed the detailed structure of Photosystem II, a key protein complex driving photosynthesis. This review traces the journey from early low‐resolution images to high‐resolution models, highlighting how these discoveries deepen our understanding of light harvesting and energy conversion in plants.

Mapping the evolution of mitochondrial complex I through structural variation
Respiratory complex I (CI) is crucial for bioenergetic metabolism in many prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It is composed of a conserved set of core subunits and additional accessory subunits that vary depending on the organism. Here, we categorize CI subunits from available structures to map the evolution of CI across eukaryotes. Respiratory complex I (CI)

Periodic solutions for neutral nonlinear differential equations with functional delay
We use Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem to show that the nonlinear neutral differential equation with functional delay $$ x'(t) = -a(t)x(t)+ c(t)x'(t-g(t))+ q(t, x(t), x(t-g(t)) $$ has a periodic solution.

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Global well-posedness of $3$-D anisotropic Navier-Stokes system with small unidirectional derivative
In \cite{LZ4}, the authors proved that as long as the one-directional derivative of the initial velocity is sufficiently small in some scaling invariant spaces, then the classical Navier-Stokes system has a global unique solution.
