Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Unique solvability of nonlinear Fuchsian equations

open access: yesProceedings of the Japan Academy, Series A, Mathematical Sciences, 1989
The unique solvability of a nonlinear Fuchsian equation of the form \[ F(x,y,p_{\alpha \beta}(\partial)\pi x^{\alpha}D^{\beta}_ yu;m_{\alpha \beta}+| \beta | \leq 0)=0; \] is proved under generalized Poincaré conditions.

Structural insights and therapeutic targets in Acinetobacter baumannii capsule biosynthesis

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC. Crystal structures of ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC reveal their role in CMP‐Leg5,7Ac2 synthesis and regioselective C8 epimerization.

An internal boundary value problem with the Riemann-Liouville operator for the mixed type equation of the third order

open access: yesVestnik Samarskogo Gosudarstvennogo Tehničeskogo Universiteta. Seriâ: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki, 2016
The unique solvability of the internal boundary value problem is investigated for the mixed type equation of the third order with Riemann-Liouville operators in boundary condition.

BOUNDARY-VALUE PROBLEMS WITH GENERALIZED GLUING CONDITIONS FOR A LOADED DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION WITH A PARABOLIC-HYPERBOLIC OPERATOR [PDF]

open access: yesVestnik KRAUNC: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki, 2016
In the present work we study the unique solvability of local boundary value problems with generalized gluing conditions for the third order differential equation with a loaded parabolic-hyperbolic operator.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Inverse problem for semilinear Eidelman type equation

open access: yesМатематичні Студії, 2020
The inverse problem for semilinear Eidelman type equation with unknown time dependent function in its right-hand side is considered in this paper. The initial, boundary and integral type overdetermination conditions are posed.

Unique solvability of the strong Hamburger moment problem [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Australian Mathematical Society. Series A. Pure Mathematics and Statistics, 1986
AbstractMethods from the theory of orthogonal polynomials are extended to L-polynomials . By this means the authors and W. B. Jones (J. Math. Anal. Appl. 98 (1984), 528–554) solved the strong Hamburger moment problem, that is, given a double sequence , to find a distribution function ψ(t), non-decreasing, with an infinitenumber of points of increase ...
