Three nontrivial solutions for the p-Laplacian Neumann problems with a concave nonlinearity near the origin [PDF]
We consider a nonlinear Neumann problem driven by the p- Laplacian, with a right-hand side nonlinearity which is concave near the origin. Using variational techniques, combined with the method of upper-lower solutions and with Morse theory, we show ...

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

We prove that if there exists α ≤ β, a pair of lower and upper solutions of the first-order discrete periodic problem Δu(n) = f(n,u(n));n ∈ IN ≡ {0,...,N-1},u(0) = u(N), with f a continuous N-periodic function in its ...

Exact solution for a fermion in the background of a scalar inversely linear potential
The problem of a fermion subject to a general scalar potential in a two-dimensional world is mapped into a Sturm-Liouville problem for nonzero eigenenergies. The searching for possible bounded solutions is done in the circumstance of power-law potentials.

This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

A‐to‐I editing of miRNAs, particularly miR‐200b‐3p, contributes to HGSOC progression by enhancing cancer cell proliferation, migration and 3D growth. The edited form is linked to poorer patient survival and the identification of novel molecular targets.

Emerging role of ARHGAP29 in melanoma cell phenotype switching
This study gives first insights into the role of ARHGAP29 in malignant melanoma. ARHGAP29 was revealed to be connected to tumor cell plasticity, promoting a mesenchymal‐like, invasive phenotype and driving tumor progression. Further, it modulates cell spreading by influencing RhoA/ROCK signaling and affects SMAD2 activity. Rho GTPase‐activating protein

Existence of traveling wavefronts for integrodifference equations with bilateral exponential kernel
In this article, we study the existence of traveling wavefronts for integrodifference equation with a bilateral exponential kernel, namely, the Laplacian kernel.

In this paper, we present a theorem for some impulsive boundary problems with derivative dependence by the upper and lower solutions method. Using the theorem obtained, we consider the existence of positive solutions of some class of singular impulsive ...
