Surface‐charged N‐CQDs serve as both electrolyte additives and photocathode modifiers. Electrodeposited N‐CQDs on Cu2O form a stable composite, steering 4e− ORR toward water. A quasi‐solid electrolyte with N‐CQDs aids charge migration, electrode‐electrolyte interfacial compatibility and replenishes active sites.

GCs reduce Parkin, leading to ACSL4 accumulation and PUFA‐phospholipid‐driven ferroptosis in BMSCs, which impairs osteogenesis and promotes adipogenesis, causing GIOP. Parkin restoration (via OE‐Parkin or Parkin‐LNP@DSS6) ubiquitinates and degrades ACSL4, inhibiting ferroptosis, rescuing bone formation, and rescues GIOP bone loss.

A generative AI pipeline identifies SCP‐1, a conformation‐locking peptide that stabilizes inactive STING. Incorporated into a dual‐responsive hydrogel for localized, MMP‐9‐triggered release, SCP‐1 suppresses inflammation, promotes reparative macrophage polarization, and accelerates diabetic wound healing.

Clade B carbon monoxide dehydrogenases (CODHs) remain enigmatic, diverging from canonical CODHs in structure and function. Here, we present the first characterization of Ruminococcus flavefaciens CODH (RfCODH), revealing occluded substrate pathways and attenuated CO oxidation activity.
