In‐Hospital Cardiac Arrest Detection Performance Analysis and Comparison on Effective Feature Selection

open access: yesClinical Cardiology, Volume 49, Issue 7, July 2026.
We systematically compared three feature selection strategies and four machine learning algorithms for in‐hospital cardiac arrest prediction. XGBoost achieved the best performance, and key predictive factors were identified through feature selection and SHAP analysis for early clinical risk stratification.

Elimination Profile of Deflazacort and Metabolites in Urine and Plasma Following Oral Administration: Relevance to Sports Drug Testing

open access: yesDrug Testing and Analysis, Volume 18, Issue 7, Page 933-944, July 2026.
Results confirm that the MRL of 30 ng/mL for 21‐desacetyl‐deflazacort together with a 3‐day washout period is an appropriated strategy to detect oral deflazacort administration in sport competition. ABSTRACT Deflazacort (DEF) is a glucocorticoid prohibited in sports competitions when orally administered.
