Natural Variation of NAR5 Determines Nitrogenase Activity and the Yield in Soybean
This study identified NAR5, a gene encoding a subtilisin‐like protease, that regulates nitrogenase activity in soybean nodules. Overexpressing NAR5 delayed nodule senescence, enhancing nitrogenase activity, yield, and low‐nitrogen tolerance. The elite haplotype NAR5HapI‐1 linked to superior nitrogenase activity and greater seed weight has been ...

Production of biodiesel fuel from vegetable raw materials
One way to reduce the amount of harmful emissions from diesel fuel could be the replacement of part of the fuel with biofuel. Research is related to the production of biodiesel fuel in three ways: transesterification of vegetable oils; esterification of ...

Investigation of the effect of experimental conditions on the composition of biodiesel obtained from waste cooking oil [PDF]
As well as its known diesel is very essential in daily life. Most of the transports need fuel to operate because fuels give required energy to activate the motor system when they are burned.

An investigation into the dynamics of partial discharge propagation in mineral oil based nanofluids [PDF]
Recent studies present a model which assumes that conductive nanoparticles can reduce the speed of the positive streamer propagation in mineral oil due to electron trapping at the particle surface. Time resolved partial discharge measurements can be used

The BnTFL1‐BnJAM3‐BnSWEETs Module Orchestrates Seed Storage Reserve Accumulation in Brassica napus
BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 form a complex that facilitates the transport of soluble sugars from the seed coat to the embryo by directly activating the expression of BnSWEETs. Furthermore, BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 work cooperatively to promote soluble sugar and oil production while suppressing protein deposition.
