Behaviour of Temperate Reef Fish Species Around Oyster Aquaculture Farms and Natural Rock Reefs
ABSTRACT Cultivation of eastern oysters using aquaculture gear increases habitat for temperate reef fish. Cunner (Tautogolabrus adspersus), scup (Stenotomus chrysops) and tautog (Tautoga onitis) inhabit a variety of complex natural and manmade habitats, including oyster aquaculture cage farms.

Daylight can reduce electric lighting in buildings. This is facilitated by sensors that relay real-time illuminance data to a light controller. When daylight provides greater than required or desired levels of illuminance, control actions enable electric lights to reduce their output and save energy.

A Simplified Approach for the Annual and Spatial Evaluation of the Comfort Classes of Daylight Glare Using Vertical Illuminances [PDF]
A simplified approach to calculate the daylight glare comfort class (imperceptible, perceptible, disturbing, or intolerable glare) on annual basis and for a grid of points in a space is presented. This method relies on the calculation of the vertical illuminance (Ev) for each grid point only, which is compared to an Ev threshold value for each daylight

Highly Stable CsPbBr3@Cs4PbBr6 Perovskite Fluorescent Nanomaterials for White Light‐Emitting Diodes
ABSTRACT Although halide perovskite nanocrystals exhibit excellent photoelectric properties, their inherent instability greatly limits their practical applications. Here, we report a novel self‐assembly strategy to synthesize highly stable CsPbBr3@Cs4PbBr6 perovskite fluorescent nanomaterials in a single step by using 4,4′‐azo (4‐cyanoglutaric acid, CA)
