Advanced Science, EarlyView.A multifunctional mPDZM nanoplatform is developed in this study. mPDZM integrates chemotherapy‐induced senescence, selective senolysis, and STING‐mediated immune activation. mPDZM effectively clears senescent tumor cells, remodels the tumor immune microenvironment, and enhances antitumor T‐cell responses.
