This work explores Li‐substituted P2 layered oxides for Na‐ion batteries by crystallographic and electrochemical studies. The effect of lithium on superstructure orderings, on phase transitions during synthesis and electrochemical cycling and on the interplay of O‐ versus TM‐redox is revealed via various advanced techniques, including semi‐simultaneous

Infinitely many solutions for fractional Schrödinger equation with potential vanishing at infinity
The paper investigates the following fractional Schrödinger equation: (−Δ)su+V(x)u=K(x)f(u),x∈RN, $$\begin{aligned} (-\Delta )^{s}u+V(x)u=K(x)f(u), \quad x\in \mathbb{R}^{N}, \end{aligned}$$ where ...

Scattering in a varying mass PT symmetric double heterojunction
We observe that the reflection and transmission coefficients of a particle within a double, PT symmetric heterojunction with spatially varying mass, show interesting features, depending on the degree of non Hermiticity, although there is no spontaneous ...

Motivic DT-invariants for the one loop quiver with potential [PDF]
In this paper we compute the motivic Donaldson--Thomas invariants for the quiver with one loop and any potential. As the presence of arbitrary potentials requires the full machinery of \hat(\mu)-equivariant motives, we give a detailed account of them. In

Fractional p&q-Laplacian problems with potentials vanishing at infinity
In this paper we prove the existence of a positive and a negative ground state weak solution for the following class of fractional \(p&q\)-Laplacian problems \[\begin{aligned} (-\Delta)_{p}^{s} u + (-\Delta)_{q}^{s} u + V(x) (|u|^{p-2}u + |u|^{q-2}u)= K(x) f(u) \quad \text{ in } \mathbb{R}^{N},\end{aligned}\] where \(s\in (0, 1)\), \(1\lt p\lt q ...

Nonlinear Schrödinger equations with potentials vanishing at infinity
In this Note, we deal with stationary nonlinear Schrödinger equations of the form−ε2Δu+V(x)u=K(x)up,x∈RN, where V,K>0 and p>1 is subcritical. We allow the potential V to vanish at infinity and the competing function K to be unbounded. In this framework, positive ground states may not exist.

ON THE THERMAL PHASE STRUCTURE OF QCD AT VANISHING CHEMICAL POTENTIALS [PDF]
The hypothesis is investigated, that the thermal structure of QCD phases at and near zero chemical potentials is determined by long range coherence, inducing the gauge boson pair condensate, and its thermal extension, representing a fundamental order parameter.
