This article introduces an input sparsity‐aware computing‐in‐memory macro featuring novel bidirectional conversion‐skippable analog‐to‐digital converters. By dynamically adjusting resolution based on element‐level sparsity, the architecture skips redundant most significant bit and least significant bit conversions.

A New Variational Inequality with its Application
In this paper, we suggest the iterative algorithm for a variational inequality by using the auxiliary principle technique, which is closely related to the optimal boundary control of time-varying population system with age-dependence and spatial ...

On the convergence of adaptive nonconforming finite element methods for a class of convex variational problems [PDF]
We formulate and analyze an adaptive nonconforming finite element method for the solution of convex variational problems. The class of minimization problems we admit includes highly singular problems for which no Euler–Lagrange equation (or inequality ...

ABSTRACT Open‐source artificial intelligence is widely promoted as a democratising pathway to digital sovereignty for African states, offering access to frontier architectures without prohibitive capital investment. This paper investigates whether open‐source AI represents a credible route to autonomy or generates a new form of structural dependency ...

A generalized FKKM theorem and variational inequality [PDF]
We present a generalized FKKM Theorem and it's application to the existence of solution for the variationals inequalities using a generalized coercivity type condition for correspondences defined in L-space.L-structure, L-spaces, L-KKM correspondences, L-

Abstract Our general interest is in global trade loss from livestock pathogens, specifically exports. We adopt a causal inference approach that considers animal disease outbreaks over time as non‐staggered binary treatments with the potential for switching in (infection) and out of treatment (recovery) within the sample period. The outcome evolution of

Quasi-variational inequality formulation of the mixed equilibrium in multiclass routing games [PDF]
In the modeling of competition on networks it is usually assumed that users either behave following the Wardrop equilibrium or the Nash equilibrium concept.
