On the spectral radius of VDB graph matrices

open access: yesVojnotehnički Glasnik, 2023
Introduction/purpose: Vertex-degree-based (VDB) graph matrices form a special class of matrices, corresponding to the currently much investigated vertex-degree-based (VDB) graph invariants. Some spectral properties of these matrices are investigated.

Extremal Graphs for Exponential VDB Indices [PDF]

open access: yesKragujevac Journal of Mathematics, 2022
We Ąnd the extremal graphs for the exponential of well known vertexdegree-based topological indices over Gn, the set of graphs with n non-isolated vertices.

Effectiveness of an evidence-based care pathway to improve mobility and participation in older patients with vertigo and balance disorders in primary care (MobilE-PHY2): study protocol for a multicentre cluster-randomised controlled trial

open access: yesTrials, 2023
Background Vertigo, dizziness or balance disorders (VDB) are common leading symptoms in older people, which can have a negative impact on their mobility and participation in daily live, yet, diagnosis is challenging and specific treatment is often ...

VDB-EDT: An Efficient Euclidean Distance Transform Algorithm Based on VDB Data Structure

open access: yesCoRR, 2021
This paper presents a fundamental algorithm, called VDB-EDT, for Euclidean distance transform (EDT) based on the VDB data structure. The algorithm executes on grid maps and generates the corresponding distance field for recording distance information against obstacles, which forms the basis of numerous motion planning algorithms.

Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Diamonds, and Fullerenes in Interstellar Space: Puzzles to be Solved by Laboratory and Theoretical Astrochemistry [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
New research is presented, and previous research is reviewed, on the emission and absorption of interstellar aromatic hydrocarbons. Emission from aromatic hydrocarbons dominate the mid-infrared emission of many galaxies, including our own Milky Way ...

Photometry of the five marginally studied open clusters Collinder 74, Berkeley 27, Haffner 8, NGC 2509 and VdB-Hagen 4 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
The stellar populations in the outer Galactic disk are nowadays a subject of wide interest. To contribute to a better picture of this part of the Galaxy, we have studied the nature of five marginally investigated star clusters (Collinder 74, Berkeley 27,

Vibrational anharmonicity of small gold and silver clusters using the VSCF method [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
We study the vibrational spectra of small neutral gold (Au2–Au10) and silver (Ag2–Au5) clusters using the vibrational self-consistent field method (VSCF) in order to account for anharmonicity.

Global metallicity of globular cluster stars from colour-magnitude diagrams [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
We have developed an homogeneous evolutionary scenario for H- and He-burning low-mass stars by computing updated stellar models for a wide metallicity and age range (0.0002$\le Z \le$0.004 and 9$\le t(Gyr) \le$15, respectively) suitable to study globular
