Current vector control challenges in the fight against malaria
Acta Tropica, 2017The effective and eco-friendly control of Anopheles vectors plays a key role in any malaria management program. Integrated Vector Management (IVM) suggests making use of the full range of vector control tools available. The strategies for IVM require novel technologies to control outdoor transmission of malaria.

An improved space-vector-based hysteresis current controller
IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 1998In this paper, an improved space-vector-based hysteresis current controller (SVBHCC) is proposed. The controller determines a set of space vectors from a region detector and applies a space voltage vector selected according to the main HCC. A set of space vectors including the zero voltage vector to reduce the number of switchings is determined from ...

Disturbance observer based current controller for vector controlled IM drives
2008 IEEE Power Electronics Specialists Conference, 2008In order to increase the accuracy of the current control loop, usually, well known parameter compensation and/or cross decoupling techniques are employed for advanced AC drives. In this paper, instead of using these techniques an observer-based current controller is proposed for vector controlled induction motor (IM) drives.

Vector based hysteresis current control scheme for vector controlled induction motor drives
2013 15th International Conference on Advanced Computing Technologies (ICACT), 2013Simple and novel vector based hysteresis current control schemes are presented for vector controlled induction motor drives. The proposed algorithm combines the principles of direct torque control (DTC) and field oriented control (FOC). The proposed algorithm generates the reference currents as per the principle of vector control algorithm.

Active filter controlled by differentiation of current vector
Proceedings of the Power Conversion Conference-Osaka 2002 (Cat. No.02TH8579), 2003In this paper, a new control technique is proposed for the active filter using the current source converter. The control circuit of the proposed system is very simple, because the references of compensation currents aren't necessary. The compensation of line current with a filter circuit can be automatically obtained by PWM control based on the ...

An Integrated Vector Control Strategy for BLDC Current
2019 IEEE 3rd Information Technology, Networking, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (ITNEC), 2019To improve the flux-weakening capability of a brushless DC motor (BLDC) with trapezoidal wave, here is a 120° conduction square wave control stratgey. In this paper, a novel current integrated vector control strategy is proposed based on stator current prime vector.

A universal current vector controller for vector-controlled induction motor (IM) drives, based on control of motional electromotive force (MEMF), is presented. It is demonstrated that the rotor field orientation decouples not only flux and torque but also transformer electromotive force (TEMF) and MEMF in rotor.

IM Torque Control Schemes Based on Stator Current Vector
IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2014This paper proposes an induction machine torque control derived from the model in the stator current vector reference frame. The required torque is produced by simultaneously manipulating the magnitude and the rotation speed of the stator current vector, thus forcing the rotor flux linkage vector to change implicitly in such a way that overall ...
