Research on Semi-vector Predictive Control Strategy of Active Power Filter
Aiming at the problems of limited selection range of voltage vector and low accuracy of current tracking in the classical model predictive current control algorithm, an improved model predictive voltage control algorithm was proposed.

A new space vector PWM scheme for current-regulated indirect vector control [PDF]
The system performance of an AC variable speed drive directly depends on the current regulation. In this paper, a new space vector PWM scheme for current-regulated indirect vector control is developed. Motor currents are regulated by generating appropriate inverter output voltage vectors via software implemented comparators and switching tables ...

Research on participation of flywheel energy storage in wind farm frequency regulation control
In view of a whole series of problems such as the reduction of system inertia, the increase of frequency fluctuation, and the deterioration of power quality caused by large-scale wind power integration, a flywheel with high power density is designed for ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

MTPA control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on dual-vector model predictive control
The vector control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is affected by cross-coupling, output delay, parameter mismatch, and other factors; thus, resulting in its poor steady-state and insufficient dynamic performance.

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...
