Advanced Science, EarlyView.The present study reveals that PLAUR+ neutrophils are enriched in immunotherapy non‐responders and correlate with poor prognosis. PLAUR+ neutrophils dictate immunotherapy resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma by forming an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment characterized by CD8+ T cell exclusion and macrophage‐dependent immune suppression.
