ERK‐Mediated Phosphorylation of YAP Defines a Noncanonical FGF Signaling Mechanism in Stem Cells
With a powerful combination of in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro models, the authors highlight a novel FGF‐ERK signaling regulation of YAP at the S128 site in neural crest‐derived stem cells. This study opens exciting new directions in stem cell biology and craniofacial biology, paving the way for potential innovations in the treatment of craniofacial ...

Lipid overload suppresses SREBF2‐mediated FNTB expression, leading to defective Lamin A maturation and nuclear envelope instability. This nuclear catastrophe triggers a pro‐fibrotic senescence program in cardiomyocytes. Notably, restoring nuclear integrity via AAV9‐based gene therapy effectively attenuates cardiac remodeling, identifying the ...

Hybrid-Vehcloud: An Obstacle Shadowing Approach for VANETs in Urban Environment
Routing of messages in Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) is challenging due to obstacle shadowing regions with high vehicle densities, which leads to frequent disconnection problems and blocks radio wave propagation between vehicles.

This study established an RT‐MSCs‐based therapeutic approach for scleroderma in mice. RT‐MSCs attenuated fibrosis by regulating mitochondrial autophagy and restored gut microbiota homeostasis. Metabolomic analyses confirmed recovery of key metabolites, and RT‐MSCs demonstrated favorable lesion targeting and safety profiles.

Misbehavior detection in vehicular ad-hoc networks [PDF]
In this paper we discuss misbehavior detection for vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs), a special case of cyber-physical systems (CPSs). We evaluate the suitability of existing PKI approaches for insider misbehavior detection and propose a classification ...

Sphingomonas paucimobilis‐Driven Epithelial–Endothelial Transition in Adenomyosis Pathogenesis
This study identifies epithelial–endothelial transition (EET) as a novel adenomyosis pathogenic mechanism driven by Sphingomonas paucimobilis colonization. Systematic inhibitor experiments validate a TNFα→NF‐κB→MMP signaling cascade essential for EET. Critically, bacterial culture supernatant fails to induce pathological changes, demonstrating viable ...
