Research of Dynamic Obstacle Avoidance of Manipulator based on Artificial Potential Field Method of Velocity Field

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2020
In order to improve the safety and accuracy of the manipulator in dynamic obstacle avoidance,an artificial potential field collision avoidance algorithm based on velocity field is proposed.Firstly, the attracted velocity field is established to obtain the

Estimated pulse wave velocity as a potential predictor of albuminuria in hypertension

open access: yesFrontiers in Medicine
BackgroundIncreased arterial stiffness is an important marker of target organ damage in hypertension. Estimated pulse wave velocity (ePWV) is a noninvasive assessment of arterial stiffness based on blood pressure and age calculations, but its association

Assessment of liquefaction potential based on shear wave velocity: Strain energy approach

open access: yesJournal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering
Liquefaction assessment based on strain energy is significantly superior to conventional stress-based methods. The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the correlation between shear wave velocity and strain energy capacity of silty sands ...

Hydrodynamic Aspects on EAF’s Smelt Metallic Mirror

open access: yesThe Annals of “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati. Fascicle IX, Metallurgy and Materials Science, 2008
Using the Physical and Mathematical knowledge, a new approach to EAF bath’s hydrodynamic aspects is proposed to be developed in this paper. Experimental results and a mathematical equation package have been concluded that the metallic bath mirror has a ...

Symmetry Breaking using Fluids II: Velocity Potential Method

open access: yes, 1999
A generalization of scalar electrodynamics called fluid electrodynamics is presented. In this theory a fluid replaces the Higgs scalar field. Fluid electrodynamics might have application to the theory of low temperature Helium superfluids, but here it is argued that it provides an alternative method of approaching symmetry breaking in particle physics.

SNTA1-deficient human cardiomyocytes show shorter field potential duration and slower conduction velocity

open access: yesScientific Reports
In clinical settings, patients with α-1-syntrophin point mutations are often associated with rare arrhythmias, including Long QT syndrome, Brugada syndrome, and sudden infant death syndrome.
