Food‐Activated Microneedle Sensor for Real‐Time, Colorimetric Spoilage Monitoring of Pre‐Packaged Food

A microneedle spoilage sensor for packaged food products is presented. The sensor is composed entirely of food‐derived agents, integrated together using a novel material processing approach. This resultant platform nondestructively reports spoilage state in real‐time through a colorimetric output.

Hepatocyte Mettl3 Deficiency Drives Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis and Liver Fibrosis via Cholangiocyte‐Macrophage Crosstalk

Schematic illustration demonstrating that hepatic Mettl3 depletion significantly elevates the secretion of Mif and Csf1. This elevation facilitates Trem2+ macrophage infiltration and triggers cholangiocyte remodeling through the Spp1‐Cd44 interaction, resulting in spontaneous PSC development in vivo.

Dipiperazine‐Phenyl Derivatives Based on Convergent Molecular Platforms Can Reverse Multidrug Resistance in Gram‐Negative Bacteria by Inhibiting Efflux and Permeabilizing Cell Membranes

By integrating a convergent molecular platform strategy, this study designed a novel dual‐target C5 to combat multidrug‐resistant Gram‐negative bacteria. C5 synergistically enhances antibiotic efficacy by inhibiting efflux pumps and increasing bacterial membrane permeability.
