This study evaluates PET‐ and PP‐based honeycomb sandwich composites with glass fiber‐reinforced skins as lightweight backsheets for photovoltaic modules. Mechanical, optical, and thermal properties are assessed. Glass fiber embedment quality influences strength and moisture resistance.
