Large-Scale Dynamic Graph Processing with Graphic Processing Unit-Accelerated Priority-Driven Differential Scheduling and Operation Reduction

open access: yesApplied Sciences
Recently, there has been active research on utilizing GPUs for the efficient processing of large-scale dynamic graphs. However, challenges arise due to the repeated transmission and processing of identical data during dynamic graph operations. This paper

Topology‐Enriched Toughness Enhancement in Quasi‐Periodic Metastructures Featuring Tailorable Strong‐Weak Network

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A quasi‐periodic Dart‐Kite (QDK) metastructure with a golden‐ratio‐constrained strong–weak bond network simultaneously enhances strength, toughness, and damage tolerance. Its distributed topology enables predictable, tailorable crack paths for precise fracture control and stable mechanics, demonstrating a high‐performance, controllable architecture ...

Domination results: vertex partitions and edge weight functions

open access: yes, 2012
D.Phil.Domination in graphs is now well studied in graph theory and the literature on this subject has been surveyed and detailed in the two books by Haynes, Hedetniemi, and Slater [45, 46].

Colouring of Voloshin for ATS(v)

open access: yesLe Matematiche, 2002
A mixed hypergraph is a triple H=(S,C,D), where S is the vertex set and each of C,D is a family of not-empty subsets of S, the C-edges and D-edges respectively. A strict k-colouring of H is a surjection f  from the vertex set into a set of colours {1, 2,

Aptamer‐Directed Porous DNA Nanocomposite Hydrogel for Active Pulp Preservation: Immunomodulation, Stem Cell Recruitment and Reparative Dentinogenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents an injectable DNA‐based porous hydrogel integrating catechol motifs and targeting aptamers for pulpitis management. Upon in situ crosslinking, the scaffold actively recruits endogenous dental pulp stem cells, restores redox homeostasis, and modulates immune responses.

Enumerating Consecutive and Nested Partitions for Graphs

open access: yes, 1998
Consecutive and nested partitions have been extensively studied in the set-partition problem as tools with which to search efficiently for an optimal partition.

Microsphere‐Modulated Sensing‐in‐Energy Supercapacitor With Self‐Filtering Ultra‐Large Signal Under High‐g Shocks

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
To overcome severe signal oscillation under extreme impact conditions, this work presents a Sensing‐in‐Energy microdevice which integrates a MEMS inertial structure directly within a supercapacitor electrolyte cavity. Utilizing shock‐driven transient contact and electrolyte damping for signal self‐filtering, it achieves weak‐oscillation, large ...

SERRATE Regulates Floral Meristem Activity by Antagonizing SHOOT MERISTEMLESS and Repressing Cytokinin Signaling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Floral meristem (FM) activity is crucial for the initiation of floral organs. In this study, SE represses IPT7 expression and cytokinin signaling via both the miR171c‐5p–KNAT2 and miR164c–CUC1/2–KNAT2 regulatory modules, thereby repressing FM activity. In contrast, STM induces both KNAT2 and IPT7 expression.

Planar Graphs without Cycles of Length 3, 4, and 6 are (3, 3)-Colorable

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences
For non-negative integers d1 and d2, if V1 and V2 are two partitions of a graph G’s vertex set VG, such that V1 and V2 induce two subgraphs of G, called GV1 with maximum degree at most d1 and GV2 with maximum degree at most d2, respectively, then the ...

Brown Adipocyte Sheets Alleviate Myocardial Ischemia–Reperfusion Injury Through NRG4–ErbB4–Dependent Ferroptosis Inhibition

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Brown adipocyte sheets are engineered to protect the heart against myocardial ischemia–reperfusion injury by restraining ferroptosis. Upon transplantation onto the cardiac surface, they improve cardiac function, limit infarction and fibrosis, and enhance angiogenesis.
