Organic Computing for Video Analysis

In that aspect, organic computing requires that the interface between the IT system and the user be organic, intelligible, and friendly. This again imposes constraints on the user interfaces.

Affective Meeting Video Analysis
2005 IEEE International Conference on Multimedia and Expo, 2005In this paper, we examine the affective content of meeting videos. First, we asked five subjects to manually label three meeting videos using continuous response measurement (continuous-scale labeling in real-time) for energy and valence, (the two dimensions of the human affect space).

Video analysis of pair programming
Proceedings of the 2008 international workshop on Scrutinizing agile practices or shoot-out at the agile corral, 2008This article presents the results of a video analysis of nine pair programming sessions of undergraduate students. The analysis focuses on the keyboard and mouse control of the programming partners. It shows that most pairs do not share the keyboard and mouse equally but rather have one partner who is more active than the other.
