Availability of a Keystone Plant Resource Reduces Niche Overlap and Drives Distinct Species‐Specific Changes in Niche Breadth Among Small Rodents

open access: yesIntegrative Zoology, EarlyView.
We investigated how three rodent species respond to the seasonal availability of Araucaria angustifolia seeds. While Oligoryzomys spp. increased seed consumption and abundance during seed production, the more insectivorous Akodon paranaensis maintained a broader diet.

Climate Change Commitment: As Agency Theory Pertains to Engaging Supply Chains in Science‐Based Targets

open access: yesAccounting &Finance, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We explore how corporates working towards valid Science‐based Targets engage with their suppliers to collect Scope 3 emissions data. This is important to enable such corporates to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve net‐zero by 2050. Utilising agency theory, we analyse 1402 responses from the 2021 CDP climate change survey.

Conservation Priority Areas for Endemic and Threatened Bird Species in the Brazilian Amazon Under Climate Change: A Multifaceted Approach

open access: yesAnimal Conservation, EarlyView.
Climate change is projected to substantially erode taxonomic, phylogenetic, and functional diversity of endemic and threatened birds in the Brazilian Amazon by 2100. Integrating these dimensions with climate refugia revealed priority conservation areas, particularly in the eastern Amazon, highlighting where conservation efforts can best safeguard ...

Impact of food scarcity on the foraging dynamics of Eriopis connexa (Germar, 1824) (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) Impacto da escassez de alimentos na dinâmica de forrageamento de Eriopis connexa (Germar, 1824) (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae)

open access: yesAgricultural and Forest Entomology, EarlyView.
Starvation duration alters predatory behaviour of Eriopis connexa, affecting aphid consumption and survival dynamics. Increased starvation enhances attack rate, accelerating prey depletion without substantially affecting handling time. Functional response remains type II, with stronger predation under prolonged food deprivation.

Treatment Dose Increase Versus Co‐Medication in Allergic Rhinitis: Systematic Review With Dose–Response Network Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesAllergy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background To achieve adequate symptom control, patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) often need to increase their medication dose or add other treatments (co‐medication). We aimed to perform a systematic review to compare the efficacy and safety of AR medications for increased dose versus co‐medication.
