Mitigating Residual FAI for Air‐Stable FAPbI3 LEDs

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Treating FAI‐rich FAPbI3 perovskite films with the multifunctional molecule DEAET, combining a protonated amine and a thiol group, effectively regulates residual surface organic‐halide species, suppresses non‐radiative recombination, and modifies interfacial energetics. The resulting near‐infrared perovskite LEDs achieve 14% external quantum efficiency
