Molecular–physiological model integration revolutionizes cereal flowering prediction

open access: yesNew Phytologist, Volume 249, Issue 3, Page 1373-1388, February 2026.
Summary Rapid prediction and control of flowering time is essential for breeding crops resilient to changing climates. Current models often fail to predict flowering time in new cultivars because molecular models lack integration of environmental signals, while physiological models inadequately capture the interactions of vernalization, photoperiod and

Towards an EMC Coordination for Interharmonics in Public Low Voltage Networks

open access: yesIET Generation, Transmission &Distribution, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
Flicker in LED lamps caused by interharmonic distortion was identified as a new interference mechanism, which is not yet covered by the existing EMC coordination. Following the process for EMC coordination, the article starts from a detailed characterisation of the new interference mechanism.

Sexual dysfunction care needs of gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men living with HIV in Montreal, Canada

open access: yesHIV Medicine, Volume 27, Issue 1, Page 74-85, January 2026.
Abstract Objectives Sexual dysfunction (SD) is common among gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (GBM) with HIV, yet little is known about their views on SD care. We explored these views to inform patient‐centred SD care to improve care delivery and sexual health outcomes.

Perceived disabling physical pain and suicidal ideation in aging people living with HIV cured of hepatitis C: A multi‐center survey in France (ANRS CO13 HEPAVIH)

open access: yesHIV Medicine, Volume 27, Issue 1, Page 106-119, January 2026.
Abstract Introduction Suicidal ideation (SI) is highly prevalent among people living with HIV (PWH) and those with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Individuals with long‐term HIV–HCV co‐infection face specific health challenges, including heightened physical pain.

Effective and safe use of immune checkpoint inhibitors for non‐small cell lung cancer in people living with HIV

open access: yesHIV Medicine, Volume 26, Issue 12, Page 1909-1919, December 2025.
Abstract Objectives With the near normalization of life expectancy in people living with HIV through antiretroviral therapy, the management of age‐related comorbidities has become increasingly important. Non‐AIDS‐defining cancers now contribute significantly to both morbidity and mortality in this population, with non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC ...

NUDIX hydrolases target specific inositol pyrophosphates and regulate phosphate homeostasis and bacterial pathogen susceptibility in Arabidopsis

open access: yesJournal of Integrative Plant Biology, Volume 67, Issue 12, Page 3123-3151, December 2025.
NUDIX‐type hydrolase enzymes of subclade I and II preferentially target the inositol pyrophosphate messengers 4‐ and 3‐InsP7, respectively. Inactivation of subclade II NUDTs disrupts phosphate homeostasis and enhances bacterial resistance, revealing connections between defense and nutrient signaling.
