An Improved Algorithm for Vector Data Rendering in Virtual Terrain Visualization [PDF]
In recent years, the importance of virtual terrain visualization technology for the digital earth models has been more obvious. Since two-dimensional (2D) vector data still occupy the vast majority of the GIS (Geographic Information System) vector data ...

This study reveals that metformin promotes glucuronic acid metabolism in lung adenocarcinoma by activating UGDH S476 phosphorylation and enhancing the conversion of UDPG to UDPGA based on metabolomics analysis. Through compound virtual screening, it is found that plantainoside targeting UGDH downstream UXS1 leads to UDPGA toxicity accumulation ...

Efficient and Accurate Rendering of Vector Data on Virtual Landscapes.
In geographical information systems (GIS) vector data has important applications in the analysis and management of virtual landscapes. Therefore, methods that allow combined visualization of terrain and geo-spatial vector data are required. Such methods have to adapt the vector data to the terrain surface and to ensure a precise and efficient mapping ...

Consensus Formation and Change are Enhanced by Neutrality
Neutral agents are shown to enhance both the formation and overturning of consensus in collective decision‐making. A general mathematical model and experiments with locusts and humans reveal that neutrality enables robust consensus via simple interactions and accelerates consensus change by reducing effective population size.

Study on model predictive control of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor based on biplane virtual voltage vector [PDF]
Under the traditional control method, the dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (DTP–PMSM) has a harmonic plane with low impedance, and it can produce larger harmonic current.

A neutral-point potential balance control strategy for three-level inverter based on VSVPWM
The topology of diode neutral-point-clamped(NPC)three-level inverter is prone to neutral-point potential offset. When the sum of three-phase current is zero, the virtual space vector pulse width modulation(VSVPWM)scheme does not cause the neutral-point ...

Deep Contrastive Learning for High‐Throughput Prediction of Drug Resistance Mutations from Sequences
This study presents DeepMutDTA, a deep learning framework aimed at predicting mutation‐induced changes in protein‐drug interactions and prioritizing variants potentially linked to drug resistance. Trained on large‐scale data, it incorporates SimSiam‐MuTF, a label‐aware contrastive fine‐tuning strategy that encourages separation between WT and MT ...
