MetaboSense: An Integrated Quantum Dot‐Mediated Aptamer Assay and Modular Microfluidic Platform for Continuous In‐Line Monitoring of Lung Metabolism During Ex Vivo Perfusion

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MetaboSense is a first‐of‐its‐kind microfluidic platform enabling continuous, in‐line monitoring of glucose and lactate during ex vivo lung perfusion. Combining a quantum dot–mediated aptamer assay with mixing, depletion, and optofluidic detection modules, it achieves 60–s temporal resolution and shows strong agreement with standard blood gas analyzers,

Influence of Top Electrode Metal on Resistive Switching in Multilayer MOCVD MoS2 Memristors

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
MoS2 memristors typically use evaporated noble metal electrodes. This study compares Pd, Ni, and Al electrodes and sputtered versus evaporated deposition. Pd is passive, while Ni damages MoS2, yielding poor switching. Sputtered Al enables reproducible ECM‐type switching with 95% yield, whereas evaporated Al forms an interfacial oxide that suppresses ...

Pulse‐Engineered Synaptic Linearity and Non‐Volatile Memory in MoO3/TiO2 Bilayer Memristors for Neuromorphic Image Recognition

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Pulse‐protocol optimization in an Au/MoO3/TiO2/FTO bilayer memristor enables linear analog synaptic conductance modulation along with digital resistive switching for memory. Controlled filament evolution produces stable learning‐forgetting characteristics with low nonlinearity, resulting in significantly enhanced neural network inference accuracy for ...
