A revolutionary imaging platform integrating quantitative single‐molecule photobleaching with ratiometric fluorescence probes enables high‐throughput (≈2300 individually resolvable channels) mapping of individual proton channels in a large field (≈3000 µm2), overcoming the spatial and temporal limitations of conventional electrophysiology.

High PIVKA‐II expression in HCC correlates with resistance to anti‐PD‐1 plus lenvatinib, driven by an immunosuppressive TME. NQO1/p65/CXCL12 axis recruits Tregs to promote resistance to anti‐PD‐1 plus lenvatinib in HCC with high PIVKA‐II expression.

Group‐specific component protein (GC) promotes perineural invasion (PNI) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) by activating Schwann cell dedifferentiation and by enhancing tumor–Schwann cell chemoattraction, independently of vitamin D transport. Integrin β1 (ITGB1) functions as a GC receptor in both cancer cells and Schwann cells.

Punicalagin, a pomegranate molecule, helps the body fight Mycobacterium abscessus. It preferentially boosts interstitial macrophages in the lung, stabilizing mitochondria and switching on the autophagy via SIRT1/FoxO3a, which lowers bacterial load without directly killing bacteria.
