Journal of Plant Pathology, 2014 A virus species provisionally named Grapevine virus F (GVF) was found in grapevine by deep sequencing. GVF is a vitivirus distinctly different from the other four members of this genus, as shown by nucleotide sequence and phylogenetic analysis.
