A liquid‐crystalline bismaleimide vitrimer integrates local mesogenic organization with exchange‐active ester connectivity, achieving a glass‐transition temperature near 300°C while remaining reprocessable. Stress‐relaxation analysis and temperature‐dependent remolding reveal how segmental mobility, network rearrangement, and structural integrity ...

Acetoacetates Derived From Vegetable Oils: A Platform for Tailor‐Made Vinylogous Urethane Foams
A renewable vegetable oil is converted into acetoacetate‐functionalized precursors for the preparation of catalyst‐free vinylogous urethane foams. Room‐temperature foaming with n‐pentane generates lightweight cellular materials, while the choice of amine enables control over foam structure and mechanical properties.

Strong self-healing close-loop recyclable vitrimers via complementary dynamic covalent/non-covalent bonding [PDF]
Epoxy vitrimers represent a new class of high-performance sustainable resins because of their desired mechanical and thermally malleable properties. Unfortunately, existing epoxy vitrimers cannot self-heal at room temperature (R.T.) due to the trade-off ...

Synthesis and investigation of vitrimers from renewable resources / [PDF]
Vitrimers are a class of polymers between thermosets and thermoplastics and therefore change their topology through a dynamic bond exchange that results in their self-healing and reprocessability [1].

Graded Metallopolymer Structures with Shape‐Memory Abilities via DLP‐Based 3D‐Printing
This study presents the digital light processing (DLP) based 3D printing of graded metallopolymers featuring shape‐memory abilities. The permanent shape can be recovered in two distinct steps with excellent rates. The obtained graded prints range from simple rod‐like structures to complex hollow materials.
