Gender Identity and the Role of an Adult Educator in a Vocational Training Institute
This study examined the degree of sensitization of an adult educator in a Vocational Training Institute with regard to the link between his (her) gender identity and his (her) pedagogic role. In effect, the degree of sensitization connotes the extent to which an educator experiences the sexism.
