Nonlinear Effects in Cavitation Cloud Dynamics [PDF]
This paper presents a spectral analysis of the response of a fluid containing bubbles to the motions of a wall oscillating normal to itself. First, a fourier series analysis of the Rayleigh-Plesset equation is used to obtain an approximate solution for ...

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Effects of Particle Shapes and Sizes on the Minimum Void Ratios of Sand
The minimum void ratio is an important parameter for evaluating soil properties. It is closely related to the compressive properties, permeability, and shear strength of soil, and it is affected by particle size distributions and particle shapes. However,

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Manufacturing Method of Carbon/Phenolic Composites and its Implication on Ablative Charactristics [PDF]
Carbon/phenolic composites are used in the nozzle parts of solid rocket motors due to their heat-resisting, ablation, and high strength characteristics, which are required to endure the high temperature and pressure of combustion gas passing through the ...

Usage of Porous Al2O3 Layers for RH Sensing [PDF]
At the Department of Electron Devices a cheap, more or less CMOS process compatible capacitive type RH sensor has been developed. Capacitive sensors are based on dielectric property changes of thin films upon water vapour uptake which depends on the ...

Effect of intra-ply voids on the homogenized behavior of a ply in multidirectional laminates [PDF]
This work focuses on the effect of intra-ply voids on the homogenized nonlinear behavior of a ply in multidirectional composites. Voids were modeled explicitly on the fiber scale and linked to the ply-scale by the recently developed two-scale framework ...
