An activity‐dependent pathway links prefrontal circuit hypoactivity to cognitive impairment. Reduced PVA–mPFC activity upregulates NEPAS, which suppresses PTX3 secretion, leading to impaired angiogenesis, myelin deficits, and memory decline. Rescue is achieved by NEPAS knockdown or chemogenetic circuit activation.

Generation of CCR4/CD7 Bispecific CAR‐T Cells Resistant to Fratricide and Exhaustion
The applications of CAR T‐cell therapy in T‐cell malignancies face limitations such as fratricide, effector‐cell exhaustion, and antigen‐escape. Herein, we developed fratricide‐ and exhaustion‐resistant CAR‐T cells that targeted CCR4 and CD7 simultaneously, with optional EGFRt safety switch. Additionally, scRNA‐seq unveiled new molecular targets, which

Potential tsunami hazard associated with the Kerepehi Fault, Hauraki Gulf, New Zealand
A review of 'active' faults in the Auckland region identified the Kerepehi Fault as a potential tsunami source (de Lange and Hull, 1994). The Kerepehi Fault trends NNW, transecting the central region of the inner Hauraki Gulf.

The study of volcanic flow hazards in a probabilistic framework centers around systematic experimental numerical modeling of the hazardous phenomenon and the subsequent generation and interpretation of a probabilistic hazard map (PHM).

This study elucidates that β‐elemene promotes cellular uptake of L. gasseri‐derived lactate by enhancing the membrane translocation of MCT1 in a CD147‐dependent manner. Intracellular lactate, through the lactylation of RBBP4 at the K26 site, recruits EP300 to the promoter regions of downstream genes (POLD1/POLD3), catalyzing H3K27ac modification.

Multi-stage volcanic events:tephra hazard simulations for the Okataina Volcanic Center, New Zealand
While volcanic events are commonly characterized by multiple eruptive stages, most probabilistic tephra hazard analyses only simulate the major (paroxysmal) stage.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) enrich the metabolic enzyme ATP‐citrate lyase (ACLY). EV‐transferred ACLY enhances palmitate biosynthesis, increases the S‐palmitoylation and stability of multiple immune checkpoint proteins, augments the cellular immunosuppressive activity, and ultimately accelerates the malignant ...

This study identifies ARID3A as a key immunosuppressive transcription factor in TNBC. Its inhibition activates the type I IFN pathway, boosting CD8+ T cell infiltration and sensitizing tumors to anti‐PD‐1. The FDA‐approved migraine drug Rimegepant targets ARID3A, enhances immunotherapy efficacy in preclinical models, and establishes a druggable axis to

Distict element numerical modelling of volcanic debris avalanche emplacement geomechanics.
Catastrophic collapse of volcanic edifices is a relatively common phenomenon in the geological record, representing the largest subaeriallandsliding events on Earth.

The Neapolitan area extends, virtually unbroken, from the Bay of Naples to the Bay of Pozzuoli hosting some of the most densely populated districts in Europe. The geological nature of this volcanic territory, and the presence of three active volcanic
