Pt@Cu/CuO heterostructures were designed for electrochemical N─N coupling of 3,5‐diamino‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole. Mechanism investigation revealed that the Pt sites mediated co‐adsorption of substrates and hydroxyl on Cu/CuO sites. The elaborate Pt@Cu/CuO achieved an ultralow working potential of 0.832 VRHE with a high FE of 95%. A long‐term stability of 600

Molecular and Cellular Hallmarks of Age‐Related Vestibular Hair Cell Degeneration
This study utilizes single‐cell RNA‐seq transcriptomes, advanced imaging, and electrophysiology to examine universal and cell‐type‐specific aging signatures of vestibular hair cells. The study shows that impaired hair bundle function is a key driver of age‐related vestibular dysfunction.

We constructed a brain‐targeted AFn‐DPZ nanodrug delivery system and identified EphB1 as its receptor on the blood‐brain barrier (BBB). This system facilitates drug transport across the BBB and thereby ameliorates cognitive impairment in Alzheimer's disease.

Hyperspectral mapping of density, porosity, stiffness, and strength in hydrothermally altered volcanic rocks [PDF]
Heterogeneous structures and diverse volcanic, hydrothermal, and geomorphological processes hinder characterisation of the mechanical properties of volcanic rock masses.

Fracture mechanics of volcanic eruptions [PDF]
Seismology is a key tool in the forecasting of volcanic eruptions. The onset of an eruption is often preceded and accompanied by an increase in local seismic activity, driven by fracturing within the edifice.

CALB2 is a Mechanoresistance Gene in Metastatic Prostate Cancer
Prostate cancer cell lines of differing origins were cultured over many passages while being subjected to semi‐lethal levels of fluid shear stress, representing the harsh mechanical environment these cells are subjected to in the circulation during the process of distant metastasis.

Discrimination of hot versus cold avalanche deposits: Implications for hazard assessment at Mount Meager, B.C. [PDF]
The surficial deposits surrounding the Mount Meager volcanic complex include numerous avalanche deposits. These deposits share many attributes: (a) they are nearly monolithologic and comprise mainly intermediate volcanic rock clasts, (b) they lack ...

Volcanology of the Raventhorpe and Pokeno West Volcanic Complexes, South Auckland Volcanic Field [PDF]
The South Auckland volcanic field hosts at least 82 volcanic centres throughout the Pukekohe, Bombay, Tuakau, Pukekawa and Onewhero regions. The monogenetic basaltic volcanic field was active between 1.59 to 0.51 Ma, producing tuff rings, maar craters ...
