CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

A decentralized control approach is introduced in this paper that utilizes passivity-based control for two DC-distributed energy sources supplying the power of a load. Considering the concept of passivity, if each distributed generator exhibits passivity,

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Shunt active power filter using model predictive control with stability guarantee
This paper presents a model predictive control (MPC) strategy to solve an optimization problem based on system state and control variables, subject to constraints imposed by the control objective.

Observations on the construction of covers using permutation voltage assignments
AbstractIn the usual treatment of covering spaces, the algebraic object associated with a cover is a conjugacy class of subgroups of the fundamental group of the target space. For finite degree covers, one could as easily choose the algebraic object to be a class of homomorphisms from the fundamental group of the target space to the symmetric group on ...

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

The ever-increasing chip power dissipation in SoCs has imposed great challenges on today’s circuit design. It has been shown that multiple threshold and supply voltages assignment (multi-Vth/Vdd) is an effective way to reduce power dissipation.
