Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Low-speed Sensorless Control Technology of PMSM Based on Dual PWM Regulators
In order to improve the poor performance of sensorless control of PMSM using extended Kalman filter at low speed, the paper proposed a novel low-speed sensorless control technology of PMSM based on dual PWM regulators.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) plays a key role in generating stations. To maintain voltage stability of the generator the terminal voltage should remain constant all the times. In a large interconnected system manual regulation is much complicated and therefore automatic generation and voltage regulation is necessary.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

A Methodology to Distribute On-Chip Voltage Regulators to Improve the Security of Hardware Masking
Hardware masking is used to protect against side-channel attacks by splitting sensitive information into different parts, called hardware masking shares. Ideally, a side-channel attack would only work if all these parts were completely independent.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Linear Voltage Regulators With Gate-Driving Buffer for Automotive Applications
This work presents a novel linear voltage regulator that fulfills two key requirements for automotive applications: it operates over a wide input voltage range and passes a very challenging test, compulsory for vehicles of up to 3.5t.
