A Novel Method Simulating Human Eye Recognition for Sector Judgement of SVPWM Algorithm

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
The conventional space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm is mature and widely used in the control of three-phase inverters. As we know, the position of the voltage vectors can be seen directly by human eyes, which can be used to replace the

Investigation into voltage and process variation-aware manufacturing test

open access: yes, 2009
Increasing integration and complexity in IC design provides challenges for manufacturing testing. This thesis studies how process and supply voltage variation influence defect behaviour to determine the impact on manufacturing test cost and quality.

Hybrid Multi-Vector Model Predictive Flux Control for Open Winding Induction Motor

open access: yesIEEE Access
This paper presents a hybrid multi-vector model predictive flux control (MPFC) strategy for a common DC bus open winding induction motor (OWIM). Based on conventional MPFC strategies that partition the space vector plane into six primary sectors ...

Identification of a Shiga toxin A‐derived peptide internalized into Gb3 receptor‐bearing cells via interaction with the Shiga toxin B subunit

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The process of internalization of the Shiga toxin A subunit via formation of a complex with the Shiga toxin B subunit, which specifically binds to the Gb3 receptor. The peptide is designed to act as a carrier of drugs into cancer cells. Here, we explored the potential of peptides derived from the catalytic A subunit of Shiga toxin (STxA) to be drug ...

pFAR plasmids: New Eukaryotic Expression Vectors for Gene Therapy, devoid of Antibiotic Resistance Markers

open access: yes, 2008
Efficient production of eukaryotic expression vectors requires the selection of plasmid-containing bacteria. To avoid the risk of dissemination of antibiotic resistance markers, we developed a new system to produce a family of plasmids Free of Antibiotic

Model predictive control of three-level grid-connected inverters for weak power grids

open access: yesZhejiang dianli
In weak power grids, grid-connected inverters often suffer from poor robustness and significant harmonics. Moreover, model predictive control (MPC) heavily relies on system parameters, limiting its applicability in weak grids.

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Research on the Influence of Zero Space Voltage Vectors on Direct Torque Control of PMSM

open access: yes, 2011
Direct torque control (DTC) has been widely used due to its advantages of less parameter dependence and faster torque response. However, in conventional DTC, there are obvious torque and flux ripples.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

EDNRB‐dependent endothelin signaling reduces proliferation and promotes proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition in gliomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated
