ABSTRACT SND1 is an oncoprotein found to be overexpressed in breast cancer, especially in triple‐negative breast cancer(TNBC). In our previous study, a novel SND1‐interacting peptide 4‐2 was identified, exhibiting cytotoxicity to TNBC cells by inducing SND1 degradation.

MR Imaging Findings of Supratentorial Meningeal Hemangioblastoma: A Case Report
Hemangioblastomas account for 1.1–2.5% of intracranial neoplasms. These tumors most commonly occur in the cerebellum. A 77-year-old woman had a hemangioblastoma, which showed the supratentorial meningeal mass without any history of von Hippel-Lindau ...

ABSTRACT Background Belzutifan, a hypoxia‐inducible factor 2α (HIF‐2α) inhibitor, is effective for metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC), although its cardiovascular safety profile remains unclear. Case Presentation A 52‐year‐old woman with mRCC developed progressive dyspnea and a 6.7‐kg weight gain 27 days after initiating belzutifan as third‐line ...

Multicomponent Stapling of Glucagon‐Like Peptide‐1 Enables Receptor‐Guided PROTAC Delivery
We report a stapled glucagon‐like peptide‐1 (GLP‐1) analogue created via multicomponent tryptophan‐mediated Petasis reaction (TMPR). This strategy yields a stabilised peptide with superior helicity and improved potency. Conjugation to a bromodomain‐containing protein 4 (BRD4) degrader creates the first GLP‐1‐guided targeted protein degrader (PROTAC ...

My Love Story With HIFs in the Disc: A Journey to the Humboldt Research Award
ABSTRACT The intervertebral disc is a prime example of tissue adaptation to metabolic and mechanical extremes. As the largest avascular organ in the human body, the disc and the central nucleus pulposus (NP) endure constant compressive loading while sustaining a hypoxic, relatively acidic, and hyperosmotic microenvironment that would be inhospitable to

The image illustrates how PROTACs utilize endocytosis, mediated by cell surface proteins, to overcome bioavailability limitations and enable efficient intracellular delivery. ABSTRACT Proteolysis‐targeting chimeras (PROTACs) are promising therapeutic agents for targeted protein degradation via the ubiquitin‐proteasome system; however, their clinical ...
