Oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane on promoted VPO catalysts
Applied Catalysis A: General, 2003Abstract Me-doped VPO (Me=Zr, Bi, and La–Bi) catalysts have been prepared, characterized and tested in the oxidation of ethane. The main of these catalysts present a high selectivity in the oxidative dehydrogenation (OXDH) of ethane to ethylene. However, O-containing partial reaction products were not observed.

Physicochemical characterization and catalytic behavior of VPO formulations
Applied Catalysis, 1991Abstract The effect of the preparation method of VPO catalysts, with varying phosphorus/vanadium ratios, on the solid composition and structure was studied using electron probe microanalysis (EPMA ), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Their catalytic performance was evaluated using a flow reactor system.
