Drawing inspiration from the layered hard‐soft architecture found in sea sponges, this work establishes a new framework for architected cementitious composites (ACC) through multi‐material additive manufacturing (MMAM) process. The integration of mortar and elastomer phases into layered architectures enables synergistic toughening mechanisms, including

Equilibria of the Rescorla-Wagner Model
The Rescorla–Wagner model has been a leading theory of animal causal induction for nearly 30 years, and human causal induction for the past 15 years. Recent theories (especially Psychol. Rev.

Uniform monolayer Cr2Ge2Te6 films are achieved on Si substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. Intrinsic ferromagnetism with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy is established in the films by anomalous Hall effect and superconducting quantum interference device measurements, albeit with strong magnetic fluctuations characteristic of its 2D nature.

The study considers the use of polymer/dielectric‐based multilayers piezoelectric Energy Harvesters (EH) to produce an output voltage and current, by exploiting the mechanical energy provided by human organs movements. In particular, the heart motion is considered from the kinematic viewpoint, and a multiphysics theoretical model is developed to assess

Microstructural development and evolution of liquid phase sintered Cr-Cu composites [PDF]
Features of the microstructure formation of Cr-Cu composites under impregnation followed by liquid phase sintering of reduced and electrolytic chromium powders at 1200°C in a vacuum of (2-4)×10-3Pa have been studied.

Data‐Driven Bulldozer Blade Control for Autonomous Terrain Leveling
A simulation‐driven framework for autonomous bulldozer leveling is presented, combining high‐fidelity terramechanics simulation with a neural‐network‐based reduced‐order model. Gradient‐based optimization enables efficient, low‐level blade control that balances leveling quality and operation time.

Physical Origin of Temperature Induced Activation Energy Switching in Electrically Conductive Cement
The temperature‐induced Arrhenius activation energy switching phenomenon of electrical conduction in electrically conductive cement originates from structural degradation within the biphasic ionic‐electronic conduction architecture and shows percolation‐governed characteristics: pore network opening dominates the low‐percolation regime with downward ...
