Comparative Analysis of Four Matrix Dilution Methods for Eliminating IgM Paraprotein Interference in Prealbumin and Uric Acid Assays: Based on Two Case Reports

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, Volume 40, Issue 9, May 2026.
IgM paraproteins can cause significant interference in prealbumin (PA) and uric acid (UA) measurements, leading to falsely abnormal results. We systematically compared four dilution methods to eliminate this interference. Dilution with the PA reagent (containing PEG) effectively restored accurate PA results.

Population Pharmacokinetic Modeling and Exposure‐Response Analyses of Nemtabrutinib in Patients With Hematologic Malignancies

open access: yesCPT: Pharmacometrics &Systems Pharmacology, Volume 15, Issue 5, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Nemtabrutinib is a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor under clinical investigation in patients with hematologic malignancies, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia and small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL). Nemtabrutinib plasma concentration data from 578 patients enrolled in phase 1 and 2 clinical studies, treated with doses from 5 to ...

Serum ß2-Microglobulin lin Patients with Monoclonal Gammopathies

open access: yesThe International Journal of Biological Markers, 1987
Beta-2-microglobulin concentrations were determined in serum samples from 45 patients with benign and malignant monoclonal gammopathies. In the group of patients suffering from multiple myeloma or Waldenström macroglobulinemia the mean β2-microglobulin ...

Machine learning enhances risk stratification and treatment failure prediction in diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma

open access: yesHemaSphere, Volume 10, Issue 4, April 2026.
Abstract Diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common lymphoma subtype worldwide. Existing prognostic models, including the National Comprehensive Cancer Network International Prognostic Index (NCCN IPI), rely on small predefined variable sets, discretized inputs, and do not incorporate longitudinal clinical histories or nonlinear ...

Fatal Non‐Hepatic Hyperammonemia Post‐Glofitamab: Ureaplasma and Genetic Susceptibility: A Case Report

open access: yesImmunity, Inflammation and Disease, Volume 14, Issue 4, April 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Although primarily reported in solid organ transplant recipients and patients undergoing chimeric antigen receptor T‐cell immunotherapy (CAR‐T), non‐hepatic hyperammonemia (NHHA) is a rare but lethal complication in the broader context of post‐ chemo‐immunotherapy hematologic malignancies.

IMMUNOCHEMICAL STUDIES IN A PATIENT WITH WALDEN-STROM'S MACROGLOBULINEMIA [PDF]

open access: yesActa Medica Iranica, 1978
Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia was studied in a 46 year old Iranian male with anemia, bleeding, ecchymose and splenomegaly. The diagnosis of Macroglobulinemia was established by the presence of veryhigh level of IgM paraprotein in sera which was ...
