Stabilization of Warp Tension in Weaving
Journal of the Textile Machinary Society, 1959 研究目的製織中のたて糸張力を安定化させるため, ヘルドが円弧運動をおこなう開口装置を試作, 実験する.研究結果(1) 製織中におけるたて糸張力の変動率を, 従来のそれに比べ約1/6に減少させることができた.(2) 実験結果から, 細部については更に検討を要する個所もあるが, 実用的にも価値があるものと考えられた.

On the Tension Control of Warping Machine
Journal of the Textile Machinary Society, 1956 研究目的整経機において, 摩擦棒と経糸との接触角を積極的に変化させることにより, 終始等張力で経糸を巻き取る方法を考案し, モデル実験と理論的考察を行った.研究結果本研究に用いた装置のごとき機構において等張力で経糸を巻き取るためには摩擦棒を取り付けた腕を一定速度で布との接触角を減少させる方向に回転させればよいことがわかった.

A Study on Warp Tension of a Tricot Machine
Journal of the Textile Machinary Society, 1958 研究目的テンションばねを用いた張力制御回路において, 入力を糸の伸びとしたとき, 張力の近似計算に必要な諸条件を設定するとともに, 具体的な一例として積極的経糸送出装置を有するトリコット機の経糸張力と伸長量および回転数の関係を解析し, 良好な張力制御条件を検討する.研究結果(1) 一般に纎維機械で操作中の糸の張力を計算する場合は糸の力学的モデルを二つ設定し, それぞれ動的および静的な入力に対応させ, 動的入力 (振動的入力) に対応するモデルに1個のVoigtモデルを用い, 数値計算に当って従来糸の粘弾性的な実験に供せられる短い長さの糸について, 得られている動的実験データを使用することは有益な近似方法と考えられる.(2) (1 ...

Journal of the Textile Machinary Society, 1957 研究目的織機または経編機におけるごとく糸の両端が固定し, 静止状態にある場合に簡易に張力を測定せんとする張力計を試作せんとする.研究結果(1) 編織のために準備された糸 (糊付糸, 撚糸あるいは原糸のままの糸) はその受けるひずみの範囲内では荷重一伸長曲線は大体直線をなす.(2) この線図に基き糸に応ずる適当なる外力を加えて張力の変化を読み外力を加えない時, すなわち仕掛り糸の張力を見出した.
